All about bees!🐝🍯

This month, pupils in pre-primary were learning about bees! In English, we learned their colours (yellow, black and blue), their parts of the body (wings, body, legs and head) and some other words related to them (hive, honey, bee queen). Apart from that, we also sing the song "The bees go buzzing" by Super Simple Songs and we read the story "The happy bee".  Este mes, os pequenos de educación infantil estiveron aprendendo sobre as abellas! En inglés, aprendemos as súas cores, partes do corpo e outras palabriñas relacionadas con elas. Ademais, tamén cantamos a canción "The bees go buzzing" e lemos a historia "The happy bee". 

Monet Inspired Water Lillies 🌸🎨

In the art class, first and second graders welcomed spring by creating these water lillies inspired in Monet. Na clase de plástica, o alumnado de primeiro e segundo deulle a benvida á primavera creando estes nenúfares inspirados na arte do pintor Monet. 

Our city! Final Task 🌆🏠🏢

Throughout unit 3, third and fourth graders were learning about places in town (swimming pool, cinema, school, post office, fire station...) and the expressions "there is" and "there isn't". At the end of the unit, they put all these contents in practise  by designing their own cities. They drew a map, wrote a description about their cities and made an oral presentation! 

Ao longo da unidade tres, os nenos de terceiro e cuarto estiveron aprendendo sobre os lugares da cidade e as expresións "there is" e "there isn't". Ao rematar a unidade, deseñaron as súas propias cidades para poñer en práctica todos os contidos traballados. Así, debuxaron o mapa, describiron a súa cidade e fixeron unha presentación oral! 

Peppa's Family! 🐷👪

Our three year old kids were working on family topic with Peppa Pig! They learned the words "mummy", "daddy", "brother" and "sister" with some games and songs! Os nosos nenos de tres anos estiveron traballando no tema da familia con Peppa Pig! Aprenderon novas palabras (mummy, daddy, brother e sister) con algúns xogos e cancións! 

Romero Britto Inspired PEACE DOVES 🕊🎨

In the Arts class, first and second graders celebrated Peace by creating doves inspired in Romero Britto's art.  

Na clase de plástica, o alumnado de primeiro e segundo celebrou a Paz creando unhas pombas inspiradas na arte de Romero Britto.
