Our city! Final Task 🌆🏠🏢

Throughout unit 3, third and fourth graders were learning about places in town (swimming pool, cinema, school, post office, fire station...) and the expressions "there is" and "there isn't". At the end of the unit, they put all these contents in practise  by designing their own cities. They drew a map, wrote a description about their cities and made an oral presentation! 

Ao longo da unidade tres, os nenos de terceiro e cuarto estiveron aprendendo sobre os lugares da cidade e as expresións "there is" e "there isn't". Ao rematar a unidade, deseñaron as súas propias cidades para poñer en práctica todos os contidos traballados. Así, debuxaron o mapa, describiron a súa cidade e fixeron unha presentación oral! 

Grammar games! ❓➕❌❕

This week, we've been working on school subjects and the verb have got. To practise this new verb, we played "slide a sentence". Danish told use a sentence and we had to slide the papers to build it!  Esta semana, estivemos traballando no vocabulario das materias escolares e o verbo have got. Para practicalo, xogamos a "slide a sentence".  Danish dicíanos unha frase e nós tiñamos que formala movemento as tiriñas de papel. 

Timetables

 This week, we continued talking about school subjects and timetables. 

We learned two new questions: Have you got (Maths) on (Monday)? and  

What have you got today? We practised both questions with our language assistant, Danish. 

Esta semana continuamos falando sobre as materias escolares e os horarios. Aprendemos dúas novas preguntas e practicámolas co noso auxiliar de conversa, Danish. 

Apart from that, we also revised numbers from 0 to 100!  We played Tambola with Danish! 

Ademais, tamén repasamos os números do 0 ao 100! Para isto, xogamos a "Tambola" con Danish.

This week, we started learning school subjects in English! We've been singing the song "School is really cool!"
